* Prices quoted are for a minimum charter time of 2 hours
* Please telephone us to make last minute reservations
* We kindly request our guests to be ready 15 minutes prior to departure time
* Reservations will only be refunded if cancelled more than 7 full days prior to the service date
* If the yacht charter is cancelled because of a natural problem/disaster (eg winter weather conditions), guests will receive a full refund including our own service fees
* Effective sales rates of the Turkish Central Bank are valid for payments
* Tourkeystay is not responsible for any loss or theft of belongings during the service
